Coloplast\u2019s factory building in Thisted is now falling into new hands, as the Property 7 ApS company has bought the property. Property 7 ApS took over the property at the start of the year and has let it to Coloplast until the company moves out in August. In the interim, the new owners have started considering what to do with the property more specifically. However, in the press release, Birgitte W\u00f8hlk Kristensen reveals that it might be suitable for commercial purposes, including offices and production. It may also have room for entrepreneurs or others who need to be part of a community.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Extraordinarily quick sale<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n The property at Industrivej in Thisted is more than 10,000 m2. According to Martin Brasholt Mikkelsen, a partner of EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech Aalborg<\/a>, the sale was extraordinarily quick for a property of this size. Less than a week passed from the time the buyer showed interest just after Christmas until the sale was effected. In fact, before that, several other potential buyers had shown interest in the former Coloplast property.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \u201cIt was a quick New Year\u2019s deal without prolonged negotiations. The total turnover time was less than five months, which is a short period for such a large property.
