Helle Nielsen Ziersen, Head of EDC International Poul Erik Bech, says:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Fritz\u00f8e Eiendom bought an 8,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> logistics property in R\u00f8dovre, and this is their first investment in Denmark. In the due diligence phase, we have, among other things, advised with expert knowledge of the Danish property market, the mortgage market and an assessment of market rent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.poulerikbech.dk\/en\/international\/\">EDC International Poul Erik Bech<\/a> offers full range services to international investors, foreign companies in Denmark and Danish companies abroad. EDC International has specialists in all property-related tasks, including letting, tenant representation, investment, off-market, property valuations and research\/analysis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategic property in Nordic investment<br \/>\n<\/strong>The CEO of Fritz\u00f8e Eiendom, Petter Falkg\u00e5rd Andersen, says: &#8220;It is a very strategic property. The location is particularly central with exposure to the main arterial road to Copenhagen. The property also has an exciting development potential.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company Krydsfin\u00e9r-Handelen is a tenant in the logistics building and the company was bought earlier this year by Fritz\u00f8e Eiendom&#8217;s sister company, Fritz\u00f8e Nordic Holding, a building materials wholesaler with companies in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We look forward to expanding our business outside of Norway&#8217;s borders as well. Properties in central logistics hubs in both Denmark and Sweden offer the opportunity to develop our own organisation and our sister companies,&#8221; says Petter Falkgaard Andersen.<\/p>\n<p>Fritz\u00f8e Eiendom AS today manages a building stock of 70,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Treschow-Fritz\u00f8e group, which also consists of companies within the stone industry, renewable energy, building materials trade and forestry.
