We built the property ourselves in 2024 and have since then been in charge of operations to document the property’s potential.”<\/p>\n

Partly because homes are still in high demand among investors, and partly because the price per square metre is at an attractive level compared to similar homes in the area. At the same time, the grocery store on the ground floor contributes with a long lease and a parent company guarantee, which ensures stable income,” says Peter Holten-Jensen.<\/p>\n
