Two properties at Ringstedgade 11 and 13 in the heart of N\u00e6stved have been sold. At the end of 2025, the purchase agreement for number 11 was signed, and just under six months later, the purchase agreement for the neighbouring property at number 13 was also finalised. The buyer of the properties is Estate Invest, which has been developing and investing in properties throughout Denmark since 1989.<\/p>\n
Peter Nielsen, director and owner of Estate Invest, says: \u201cWe have now been working on number 11 for six months and have converted the empty office space into attractive homes. We are set to undertake the same project at number 13 \u2013 only on a larger scale. We expect to be able to convert the existing floor space in the two properties, creating a total of up to 25 new homes in one of the best locations in the centre of N\u00e6stved.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cIn addition, we will ensure better conditions for the ground-floor retailers, and we have currently let three shops facing Ringstedgade, so that new life can be breathed into the high street. At the same time, an extension to a ground-floor restaurant is in the pipeline, so we are delighted to be able to contribute to the positive development that N\u00e6stved is currently experiencing,\u201d says Peter Nielsen.<\/p>\n
The seller of the properties is Velliv, which has owned the two properties on Ringstedgade in N\u00e6stved since 2001 and 2013. Rasmus Ruhnau, Senior Investment Manager at Velliv, says:<\/p>\n
\u201cAt Velliv, we are constantly adapting our property portfolio, and now it is N\u00e6stved\u2019s turn. The reason we are selling the two fine properties at Ringstedgade 11 and 13 in N\u00e6stved is that we are currently looking towards larger assets and wish to reduce the geographical spread of our properties. It has been a slightly longer sales process, but it has gone very well. The collaboration with Martin Andersen from EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech in N\u00e6stved has been excellent, and generally we have a good working relationship with EDC Erhverv across the country.\u201d<\/p>\n
Martin Andersen, partner at EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech N\u00e6stved, who brokered the sale, says: \u201cBoth properties are prominent landmarks in the heart of N\u00e6stved. Number 13 is known, among other things, for being the home of the local daily newspaper, formerly N\u00e6stved Tidende and now Sj\u00e6llandske Medier, ever since the property was built in 1898, and still houses their N\u00e6stved editorial office today.\u201d<\/p>\n
