The transaction between the seller, Selected Alternatives, managed by Selected Group, and the buyer, Formuepleje, was completed following a process characterised by positive and constructive dialogue.<\/p>\n<p>Tonny Broberg, EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech, who brokered the sale of Gubs\u00f8toften and advised the seller throughout the process, says: \u201cAlthough major property transactions can often be complex, the sale of Gubs\u00f8toften has been characterised by a constructive and positive atmosphere. As a commercial estate agent, it has been a pleasure to be part of this. There has been a good and constructive dialogue between Selected Group and Formuepleje, and both parties have entered the process with a genuine willingness to reach an agreement and secure a good deal for each other. It is a textbook example of how a professional yet informal collaboration can lead to a strong outcome for both parties.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Efficient process and execution<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Frederik Gundorph Olesen, CEO of Selected Group, expresses great satisfaction with the sale and the process: \u201cFirst and foremost, we are naturally very pleased and happy with the deal. It is also worth highlighting the way in which the deal came about. The combination of high population growth and attractive, well-designed terraced houses makes the investment interesting for us, and we are very pleased with the deal.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Silkeborg: a truly attractive growth area<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Henrik Frost S\u00f8rensen, partner and commercial director at EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech Aarhus, who also brokered the sale of Gubs\u00f8toften, says of the area: \u201cSilkeborg is a truly attractive growth area, and the municipality has seen a population growth of 13% over the past 10 years. This means they are in the top 10 in Denmark for areas with the highest population growth. By comparison, municipalities such as Copenhagen and Aarhus have seen growth of around 14%, so Silkeborg is truly an attractive area for many investors.\u201d He continues:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe property portfolio at Gubs\u00f8toften 1-91 consists of 72 modern terraced houses built in 2019, comprising 16 two-storey houses and 56 single-storey houses. The modern terraced houses are characterised by light- e materials, functional floor plans and access to private terraces.
