110 homes inspired by iconic Østre Gasværk are ready to rent
At Svendborggade 37, Copenhagen Ø, developer Vision Ejendomme is building 110 DGNB Gold-certified rental apartments called Gasværkskarréen. Julie Hundborg Dresler, Vision Ejendomme, says:

The collaboration continues
Artelia are the consulting engineers and Züblin is the turnkey contractor, and construction is now at the stage where a real estate agent has been selected. The homes in Østerbro have an exclusive location and are integrated into a new urban area by Østerbro’s new ice rink, the B93 sports facility with a view of the iconic Østre Gasværk Theatre. It is also close to Parken and Fælledparken with large play areas, football pitches and walking, cycling and running routes and close to restaurants and shopping.
