We have two specialised project departments in Copenhagen and Aarhus providing advice on construction projects all over Denmark in close cooperation with our residential estate agencies. Our thorough local knowledge may also benefit developers and investors prior to the actual construction. We have several examples showing that the provision of advice on floor space, layout and facilities is of significant importance to the ultimate rent and tenancy agreement conclusion rate.

EDC's project departments can assist you throughout the entire process from the identification of plots to demand analyses, advice on property type as well as the layout and assessment of the right price/rent level.

If the project includes residential housing

When we provide advice on a construction project from its very start, we consult with our local EDC estate agency shop to consider the market demand via a thorough analysis of the target groups, which will influence the housing type as well as the size, layout and rent level. We focus on making the houses or flats more attractive than the surrounding projects in order to reduce the idle time. We provide advice on the:

Through our wide network of Danish and international players, we are able to present the project to the investors in the market.

Property management

As an additional benefit, our subsidiary, LEA Ejendomspartner, can handle the subsequent property management of tenancies, student housing, portfolios or commercial tenancies. LEA Ejendomspartner is represented in four locations to cover all of Denmark.

Our two project departments have long experience in project sales and volume lettings. Over the years, we have developed processes, systems and know-how to make sure that you are in safe hands throughout the entire process. Our experts will be in charge of the overall strategy while the local estate agency shop will be a strong sales team that knows the local demand and will be available for open-house events – every time.

Identification of the target groups

Through our research department, we can prepare analyses to identify target groups of a particular construction project and thereby optimise the project with regard to fittings, sales price/rent, etc. The analyses may include:
