Apart from being RICS Recognized Valuers, our valuation team also includes a valuer with a certification as HypZert Real Estate Valuer for Mortgage Lending Valuation – CIS HypZert(MLV). The valuer also holds certification as Recognized European Valuer (TEGovAREV) and WAVO World Recognized Valuer (WAVO WRV).
